Biography

Theodoore Liebman is a Principal at Perkins Eastman, a global architectural firm, VP & Bd member Consortium for Sustainable Urbanization, advisor to several UN Habitat NGO major groups. For 50 years, he has focused on issues of housing, lifestyle, and culture in the urban environment with a comprehensive view of long-term sustainability. 1970 - Wheelwright Fellowship in Architecture - Harvard. Past president of NY AIA, Adj. Prof. of Affordable Housing at NYU. Lectured extensively and served on architectural juries in the US, Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. Liebman engages in dialogue with governments, investors, developers, and students to shape the environment and sustain cities.
