Javier Baquero

He completed his studies in public administration at ESAP, a specialist in development and public policy at CIDER of the Universidad de los Andes, and master's degree in Political and Economic Sciences at Sophia University in Florence, Italy, and a master's degree in Philosophy and Ethics of relations at the University of the Studi of Perugia, Italy.
With 13 years of experience in the public sector, in the analysis, design and management of public policies in various governments in Bogotá and at the national level, assuming the role of Deputy Director of Neighborhoods , consultant for peace issues in the office of the Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, consultant for the Nation-Territory Coordination team of the Ministry of the Interior, advisor to the Council of Bogotá and consultant on issues of participatory planning processes in IDPAC.
