Suhailey Farzana is a community architect with a deep interest in exploring the "co-creation" process with people, focusing on empowerment through collaboration. She is the co-founder of Co.Creation.Architects (CCA) and the Platform of Community Action and Architecture (POCAA). Suhailey is actively involved with the Asian Coalition for Housing Rights (ACHR) and the Community Architects Network (CAN). She facilitates workshops that bring together professionals and community members, fostering mutual learning and understanding. Suhailey was a joint recipient of the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 2022 and the UIA Award 2030 for her work on Urban River Spaces in Jhenaidah, Bangladesh. Recently, she was featured in the RIBA publication "100 Women: Architects in Practice," highlighting her contributions to the field.
