Benjamin Jance

Ben is head of research and innovation with the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy (GCoM) where he leads delivery of the Innovate4Cities initiative, built to accelerate city climate action through cross-sector co-generation of knowledge, policy, data, and tools. He previously served in a strategy-focused role developing the overarching direction of the GCoM alliance at both global and regional levels, and has also worked with ICLEI and C40 Cities. A Filipino native, he is an alumnus of the Erasmus Mundus Masters in Public Policy (Mundus MAPP) and New York University in Abu Dhabi.
