Summary

Adequate housing is one of the most significant challenges facing the sustainable development goals. This event aims to discuss how governments, enterprises, and residents can rationally allocate housing resources through cooperation, through case sharing and on-site exchanges. The following cases are proposed to be shared:
(1) Through collaborative management between villages and enterprises, idle rural houses in Qingpu, Shanghai have been transformed into "talent apartments" to address the housing issues of young people.
(2) Shenzhen has jointly promoted the reconstruction of urban villages through residents and enterprises, providing adequate housing for migrant workers.
(3) Baoji has constructed affordable housing for low- and middle-income residents with a green and low-carbon philosophy.
(4) Lancang County has provided dignified housing for low-income groups through the reconstruction of lead mine shantytowns.
(5) Huizhou has saved and developed housing projects through cooperation.
(6) The Egyptian New Urban Communities Authority has been committed to implementing safe and affordable social housing projects in Egypt for many years.
This event will share cases of rational allocation of housing through cooperation among governments, enterprises, and individuals, and conduct exchange and discussion on this basis.
