Better Transportation (Short Films)

These are inspirational short films about making cities better through better transportation. Films include: “The Breakthrough,” is the story of  how the construction of La Quiebra tunnel in Colombia poses great challenges and enormous satisfaction; “Reimagining Albany's Waterfront” tells how a major urban planning mistake can be reversed with positive results for the city and its residents; “Biking While Black,” discuss race issues affecting the bicycle community; “Langa Bicycle Hub,” is an award-winning film about the Langa Bicycle Hub in Cape Town, South Africa that is not only has a positive influence on the community of Langa, but is an inspiration for all of Africa, through access to a sustainable and affordable forms of transport.
